Drivers on lsn Windows Update site are directly provided by hardware manufacturers. Otherwise, if you’re desperate to get Win7 running on this machine, one obvious way would be to replace the onboard LAN controller with a cheap PCI card.
I’ve never gotten XP drivers to run under Win7, but some people have claimed to be able to do that. Microsoft does not, as far as I know, write hardware drivers. Apparently your motherboard was custom manufactured for Packard Bell and the souce of all the necessary information and drivers would be Packard Bell.
I find no Win7 or Vista drivers for it.
